Beggs runner Jeremiah Hughes finished 4th at the first cross country meet of the season at Gore today.
Hughes, a junior, joined Oliver Wadsworth, Camden Davis and Mason Byers on the boys team.
The ladies competing at Gore today included: Alyssa Adkison, Chasity Clay and Aniah Lazo.
The next cross country meet is scheduled for Sept. 10 in Henryetta.
The BHS girls are coached by Denise Gray, while Rodney Tate coaches the boys team.
