As we continue our week of THANKFULNESS, today, FCCLA is thankful for our custodians and support staff. Thank you for all you do!!
Induction ceremonies were held recently for 25 new members of the Beggs High School chapter of the National Honor Society. The students joined new NHS officers and were honored for their scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
New inductees were:
Alianna Anderson, Haylee Baughn, Lyrika Boss, Haley Byars, Blaine Frost, Reid Groves, Gunner Lamborn, Lexi Long, Taytum Mills, Ruby Tenison, Kayleigh Thompson, Rilee Ward, Rylee Youngblood, Kya Baker, Isaiah Clay, Stella Howell, Abby Yandell, Tristan Braden, Keyara Hinton, Alexia Brigance, Jason Nethon, Elizabeth Cobb, Journey Gates, Caylee Hyams, and Blaisen Newport.
FCCLA will be spreading gifts of THANKFULNESS this week. Today we are thankful for our lunch ladies. Thank you for all you do!
In OK Prep Stats BHS Fastpitch Freshman Addison Dossett is ranked 11th in lowest ERA, 30th in fewest walks, 17th in fewest earned runs, 49th in fewest runs allowed, 45th in most batters faced, and 27th in most innings pitched. The future is looking awesome with her in the circle and a defensive team around her. More wins are coming the Demons way. Let's go Demons!

Good morning. Congratulations to Beggs high school football for making the state football playoffs. The game is being played in Alva Oklahoma. With that said, Beggs Public Schools will be dismissing school on Friday November 15th at 1:30 pm., to allow time for travel for students, families, and fans. Please come out and cheer your team on to the next round of playoffs. Its a great day to be a Golden Demon.

As Red Ribbon week comes to an end, I want to say thank you to these ladies for all their hard work and dedication to FCCLA. They helped spread awareness by handing out items to all middle school and high school students each day this week.

We have a few Lady Demons to recognize for All-District selection for fastpitch. 1st team Pitcher- Addison Dossett Utility - Abagail Harmon 2nd team 2nd base- Emma Trimble. Congrats ladies! Well deserved.

Some of our Beggs Middle School and High School FCCLA members and officers attended the District Leadership Conference on October 15th in Jenks. During the conference our ladies donated fleece and participated in making over 100 dog beds for a community service project. FCCLA would like to give a big thanks to Mrs. Driver for traveling with us that day.
